What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a very pleasant and relaxed trance-like state. You’ll be conscious and aware but limit your attention to a narrow focus with your full engagement with the subject at hand. Hypnosis is a state of relaxed engagement with access to the powerful subconscious. Some say it has a dream like quality to it. It is an easy and calm relaxed state that can range from a very deep trance to a light trance. In a deep trance some may not remember everything consciously, but will still realize the benefits of the session. And others, in a light trance state, may not “feel” hypnotized but are, and the session is equally as effective in achieving goals.

Hypnosis guides you from the waking Beta brain wave state to the Alpha brain wave state. You pass into Alpha every evening just before sleep. You will not sleep in hypnosis, but will access memories and feelings creating a rich sensory experience. The subconscious is directly accessible to explore issues and move toward positive suggestions and beneficial life changes.

How Does It Help?

Using various hypnotherapy techniques, will guide you to interactive imagery to help you achieve your goals. Through the language of the subconscious, which is imagery, metaphor and emotion, specific guidance and suggestions are designed to engage the subconscious during this relaxed state allowing your goals to take hold on this deeper level. While in a trance or the Alpha Brain Wave state, the analytical mind takes a back seat so you access unconscious resources and insights that are of great benefit. In a fully awaken state or Beta Brain Wave state, these profound resources and insights may be difficult to discovered.

At the end of a session the mind and body are refreshed and relaxed.

Will It Work For Me?

The most important requirement for therapeutic success is that you are highly motivated. Your willingness and desire are key to unlocking the power of hypnotherapy.

Can I Be Hypnotized?

Most people can be hypnotized and enjoy a relaxed trance state where they are receptive to suggestion and access to deeper parts of themselves and the subconscious. It’s as easy as being completely absorbed in a good movie or finding yourself content to simply watch the waves roll in at the beach— relaxed and content. But those who feel they are not hypnotized may have a preconceived idea of what hypnosis should feel like, and that expectation may not be met. Consequently they may conclude they were not hypnotized.

Will I Loose Control?

No. You are fully in control. You will always be asked if you are ready and willing to explore sensitive areas. And you will be able to express any discomfort if any should come up at any time.

Hypnotherapy is a tool to help you gain control over your life choices.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This really depends on the issue and goals. Some may only require one session; as in a Past Life Regression or a Custom Hypno-Recording. Others may choose a treatment plan of several sessions to focus on an issue. I usually recommend a Three Session Package and give a discount for this option. This question can be addressed during the initial complimentary phone call.

Can We Talk Before I Make an Appointment?

Absolutely. I always start with a phone call to get more details about your concerns and goals and to answer any specific questions you might have. The phone call can last up to 1/2 hour.

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy hourly rate: 115.00.

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy (3) Session Package Discount hourly rate: 105.00

I recommend (3) sessions for the goal/issue. To encourage this I give an hourly rate discount.

This service includes several steps: 1. Phone interview/consultation. 2. You receive instructions for writing down your goals for your recording and you email those goals to me. 3. I create custom hypnotic language incorporating your goals into content for recording. 4. Recording made. 5. You receive via phone and/or email (M4a audio file) Custom Hypno-Recording.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Please send email notification 24 hours before the session that you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation fee (75.00) with less than 24 hours notice applies.
